Chris Howe is Indy's only BLACK BELT WORLD CHAMPION under legendary Megaton and Jack McVicker. Chris is currently ranked in the Black Belt World Rankings by the IBJJF (International Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Federation) and continues to win Gi and No-Gi championships around the world! 

Chris Howe has decades of experience in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and is extremely passionate about the sport and way of life. Chris grew up a wrestler when he started at five years old and then moved onto Thai Boxing before finding his true passion of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. So, he definitely likes to use his well rounded talents while teaching self defense and competition classes. He has also proven to be world class in both Gi and No-Gi. So, come see the difference between Chris and all the rest.

Chris and Justin are great instructors. The upper belts, especially Duane and Ernie, helped me learn early on. This is a great environment to learn jiu jitsu and everyone is cool. Justin does an incredible job mentoring the kids and teaching them. It's amazing to see the kids excel at jiu jitsu and gain confidence in themselves.

Being relatively new to the area and deciding to start training again at 47 yo made me more than little nervous. That being said, I also had a couple guys from church who kept talking highly of Chris. One Sunday I finally decided to introduce myself. After talking a while, he invited me to his school. I have to say that Chris and Justin are great. They are very respectful and willing to take the time to help you learn and to get better.
